VERY knowledgeable, polite, reasonable, and quick to respond!!! I called to inquire one day. He came that same afternoon to inspect and quote a price. By 11am the next day, I had a new water heater and toilet installed and working perfectly for almost half the 'estimated' price that another guy was going to charge! He even did a repair job under the house at no extra charge. I would recommend Jimmy(the owner] to ANY & ALL!!!
