We were very happy they could come the next day and replace an old leaky toliet, install a bidet on another toliet and replaced some old shut off valves before we have a problem. "When the first plumber came out, he confirmed that we needed a new water heater and that he would be back on Monday between 12n-4pm but closer to noon. As that time came and went, we checked back with the company who had our service scheduled for Wednesday instead. Normally, we wouldn't have cared about the delay but we had already been without water for 6 days in order to minimize the leaking. The company made arrangements and another plumber showed up that afternoon. He did an AMAZING job!! We would definitely us R Carr Plumbing again!!"
