Free Flow called quickly and was able to give me a reasonable quote over the phone to have a bathroom faucet installed and a shut off valve replaced on a toilet. They showed up the following morning, install went great. Would recommend!

It's an owner operated company and the owner Scott is very responsive and professional. Pricing was better than others. He pulls all permits and has all insurances. Keeps you informed throughout the project. I compared three and recommend them.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I've learned very valuable and hard lessons before I found this company. So PLEASE don't waste your time and money and look no further, just call them. I can't say enough good things. Running 15 minutes late, they called, who in this day and age does that. Your typically given a window. CALL THEM TODAY LOOK NO FURTHER. AWSOME! Will always be whom I recommend and use.

Scott was FANTASTIC. Called 3 other plumbers none could find the main drain to the city connection. Scott called from another job and looked up city records and within one minute he told us exactly where it was. His communication was unbelievable. He said he could get permits, 2 clean outs and have it done in two days. HE DID. And super cheap. Highly recommend. Heâ s old school no BS and a man of his word.

Scott's response time was outstanding, as was his price & work. Had what appeared to be an orangeburg collapse under our concrete driveway after days of torrential rain. His quote & time frame was far more desirable than 4 other companies (of which 2 had started & abandoned us). He completed replacement of the damaged pipe in one day, where other companies had quoted 10 days. As he worked, he found the problem was smaller than he originally thought. He reduced his fee accordingly. He is a honorable, talented tradesman!

I had 3 prices already- from fair to rediculous- and almost didn't take Scott's call, but when I did he was there within the hour. Gave me an excellent price and unlike the other estimates, didn't try to include things that may not be necessary. Everyone else wanted to do several other things besides what I knew was needed. I mean, it's under the house! I wasn't going to crawl under and check. But Scott got the permit pulled that afternoon, got the job done before the holiday weekend and was there to meet the inspector tuesday morning.
