"We had an unfortunate accident when a car drove into my garage door, through the garage wall and then into the laundry room wall which did significant damage to my home. After the accident we started contacting contractors in the area and we got all kinds of different responses such as , they won't even consider to giving an estimate if insurance companies are involved and if I ask for an estimate I need to sign a guarantee that I will go with the company for the project or they are entitle to charge me a fee just for the estimate.
