I highly recommend RDR Home Services. Bob Robinson is a professional craftsman. He is very knowledgeable and well acquainted with products that are used in his business services. I hired RDR Home Services to restore a triple wooden deck. The work entailed carpentry, cleaning, and staining the wood. Bob worked diligently everyday in rain and oppressive weather. His work is impeccable. Bob excelled in customer service. He had excellent time management skills.His quote was prompt and detailed with fair and reasonable fees. Bob was personable, courteous, trustworthy, and he communicated effectively with me. He offered expertise for the project. He listened intensively to me and he accommodated my concerns and vision for the deck. Bob strove for customer satisfaction. I am very pleased with the completed job! I will hire RDR Home Services again for home repairs and projects.

Bob and his son Cory did a great job on our repair work. They are very skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, and punctual (could set my watch by when Bob said he would arrive). They explained in detail everything they were going to do and we felt very comfortable selecting RDR to work in our home, and we are very pleased! We highly recommend RDR and would hire them again.

Bob and his son installed grab bars in the bathroom through tile. Before I found RDR, I had two other installers come out and only to say they did not have the expertise to do the job. RDR did a great job. Very pleasant experience. Will keep Bob on file.

Was easy to contact, is responsive, communicates well, and does good work. Repaired a bathroom and French doors, put in door hardware, installed an electric line from the basement to move a clothes washer to the first floor and repaired the wall where a new washer and dryer are being installed on the first floor. His charge was reasonable.

Bob was pleasant and after caulking,when it still leaked,he came out again.We found out part of the window sill was not caulked,and that is why it was leaking.Will have him do other things for me in the near future.
