The sales representative stated he would have a word with the owner and come up with a solution. it has now been 3 weeks without an answer and the rat problem is now out of control. Don't waste your time or money with this company"

Overpriced and under delivered - still had various pests before and after their "services". Was better off saving the money and going to home depot and getting over the counter supplies.
