4-Evergone was established by former Broward County school teacher, Darren Frost, who is the company’s certified operator. He has been in the landscaping industry for 20-plus years and is experienced in all aspects of plant maintenance and pest control services. 4-Evergone began by servicing residential homes but has evolved into contracting with municipalities, homeowners’ associations, and commercial properties. "We are very sorry that you feel that way. We understand how frustrating it can be, and I checked with our technician who, on the site, explained to the client that the products take 10 days to work and in some cases can get a little worse in the few days after before better. That's because of the effect that they have in the cockroaches. We make sure to use the best available products and the best methods available, and always offer a guaranteed service to our customers (we will come back within a short period free of charge if the issues don't go away). Again, apologize for your experience."
"The homeowner purchased a $49 one-time Big Deal promotion for fertilization and pest control through Angie’s List. Our technician, Martin Ramsdale, met at the residence on 10/21/2014 and performed the service. The lawn was sprayed and damaged by an herbicide application that was applied by the homeowner. We explained that we could apply a granular fertilizer but there were no guarantees. Especially with a one-time service. However, as a courtesy, we offered to return to the property in 2 weeks to check and reapply a fertilizer application even though this was above what the Big Deal promotion required. On 11/03 we returned. Although we noticed that the lawn was brown we applied another fertilization application and left paperwork to show that we had done so. We regret that the homeowner is not satisfied with our service but the lawn was apparently damaged to the point of no return which was a possibility that was explained before the service was provided."
