Before beginning the work they gave us an informative overview of the steps involved in the termite control process and answered all our questions satisfactorily. "I reached out to Home Advisor at 10 PM. Ethan called me in 5 minutes. He said he would be out in 1 hour to take care of my raccoon issue. I opted for the next day. He explained thoroughly the entire process. Brian came to the house the next morning and also explained the process and what to expect. Set several traps. It took a few days to catch the raccoon. Brian was out everyday changing the bait and trying different strategies on catching it. Finally after several days, the raccoon came back and was caught. Brian relocated the raccoon. Left the traps for a few more days just in case there were more. There was not. I can't say enough positive things about Palm Beach Wildlife.
