"Kevin sent out Patrick and Art. They surveyed inside and out. They thought best course of action would be to cut a small square in the inside drywall, so they could set a snap trap, which they did on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. The next morning, I checked the trap and there was a nice sized Curly-Tail Lizard, that had “bought the farm.” After removing him, I reset the trap. The rest of the week, nothing else was caught and the scratching, behind the wall had stopped. Could not give you the cost, so I put down $1.00. The Association will discuss the cost with the Vendors. So, very happy with Patrick and Art. They were right on time, very personable, and did a very professional job. Before beginning the work they gave us an informative overview of the steps involved in the termite control process and answered all our questions satisfactorily. We have a year long contract which is reassuring as due to certain circumstances we were unable to house tented. So it was possible that follow up visits would be required. We have called Quality Pest Control so far once since the initial work and again they came soon after we contacted them and performed a thorough job. "I reached out to Home Advisor at 10 PM. Ethan called me in 5 minutes. He said he would be out in 1 hour to take care of my raccoon issue. I opted for the next day. He explained thoroughly the entire process. Brian came to the house the next morning and also explained the process and what to expect. Set several traps. It took a few days to catch the raccoon. Brian was out everyday changing the bait and trying different strategies on catching it. Finally after several days, the raccoon came back and was caught. Brian relocated the raccoon. Left the traps for a few more days just in case there were more. There was not. I can't say enough positive things about Palm Beach Wildlife. Ethan and Brian were extremely competent, professional and very easy to work with. Highly recommended."
