This company has provided pest control services (both routine perimeter spraying and spot interior spot treatment) for our residential property in Palm Beach County. The office staff is friendly and efficient, and service calls are scheduled in a timely fashion. The service technician has always been on time, and provided detailed information about the products he used, as well as useful information about other steps a home owner can take in the ongoing battle with the South Florida pests that want to live in our homes.

So far so good.  Did it take care of the issue?  Time will tell.
Palm Coast responded in a timely manner, called me ahead so that I knew when to expect the technician and appeared to have experience with this problem.  The technician impressed me as knowledgable.

UPDATE: Hired these guys again because we were having an ant problem after extensive renovations to our kitchen - and commercial ant baits weren't working. They came once, and the ants are gone. And they were sensitive to the fact that we have a little dog and worry about her exposure to pesticides.

They have been a pleasure to work with. Always polite and courteous, explains what's happening and let's us know when we can let our dogs out. We will definitely be using their service.

all is going well.  we have used Palm Coast for about three years and they have been very responsive and helpful in dealing with treating my property.  we did have some troublesome ant issues last year - Palm Coast was persistent until they were able to kill them.

We have 5 dogs and had some issues including finding small ticks inside the house. We decided not to have them treat the inside of the house as it would add extra expense and we had some materials of our own that I could apply including Frontline Spray for around baseboards where the dogs hang out inside the house. The applicator showed up on time and did the work quickly and thoroughly. We had them come back at our convenience and treat the yard again a couple weeks later. I'm not going to say all our problems immediately vanished but we have since regained control of ticks and fleas. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

They are very discreet. They knock on the door first to let us know they're here. They check the boxes, add bait if necessary and they're gone.

I liked this company. They did what they said they would do.  They called me before they came and while in route.

I have been with them for 35 years and they never increased their pricing. I like that it is a family owned business. I never had any major problems with them. They always come back if I do find a problem with their work.

I have been with them for three years and happy. If anything unique arises they will come out and inspect it. Respond quickly.

The person that came was knowledgeable and they did a good job. You can call them back if you see bugs again and there is no charge. They charge a lot of money. They are adequate, I haven't experienced anyone else. The man was knowledgeable with different kinds of ants. They call up to make sure you are home.

They are very informative & timely.  They got rid of my ants on the first shot, and they are very effective.

I am very happy with them. I opened an annual maintenance agreement with them and they will come out quarterly.
