"Our house will re-piped in 1988 and I was told that the material used was not up to code. We had this company re- piped our house. Very knowledgeable about the project and very professional. Work timely and was completed in one day. Very friendly and ask if we had any questions along the way. Cleaned up and inspected all areas prior to leaving. I certainly was pleased with the job and will recommend this company to my friends . This is the second job this company has done and both met our expectation and more."

"RANDY WAS FAST AND VERY INFORMATIVE. And was able to help solve the mystery as to what was in our drain. Could not understand how the item got in our toilet but all done. Randy was excellent and gave us credit for the dispatch fee and a coupon.."

"Every aspect of working with C&L Landscaping was a breeze. They were responsive when I inquired about a quote, kept me up to date on the status of the pavers that we ordered, and let me know when the crew would be arriving and how long the job would take. The crew did an excellent job removing my old concrete patio pad and laying the new pavers. On top of that, they repaired a broken irrigation pipe that was there before the job started and set up new sprinkler heads. The final day of the job they laid sod around the edge of the patio and sent a full crew out to mow, trim, edge and power wash my property. I was blown away by the service and quality of the job. If I ever have any more landscaping needs I will be returning to C & L Landscape and will highly recommend them to anyone else in the meantime."

"Couldn't ask for a better experience! From the initial phone call, contacts and the actual install, it was the best professionalism one could ask for. They handled the permitting and inspections. Luke, Brett and Tyler treated the job site like it was their own property. From initial greeting, job set up, install, cleanliness and breakdown. Other than the repaired foundation, it was like they were never there. Well done. Highly recommend this installation crew and this company."

"We had water entering our home in our main bedroom and closet when it rained. Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job."

Drain Pipe Installation questions, answered by experts

Costs vary by severity and access requirements. Typical pricing ranges from $100 to $350, increasing with complexity or for emergency services.

To get rid of a sewer smell in your crawl space, you’ll have to find the source of the problem. If it has to do with your sewer lines, then repairing the line will help. You may need to make other repairs, like fixing your sump pump or encapsulating your crawl space to reduce moisture. After you make the repair, depending on the issue, you may still need to clean out your crawl space to get rid of the stink.

There are several signs that can indicate your leach lines are broken, failing, or in need of repair, including puddles of water or a marshy consistency to the ground above or around the pipes, slow drainage or plumbing backups inside your home, and noticeable odors or gurgling sounds coming from your leach field. Keeping your septic system properly maintained, including having your septic tank pumped at regular intervals, can help ensure your leach lines stay in good working order for a long time.

You may have a clogged gutter. Downspouts can also clog if your gutter collects too much debris. Hire a professional gutter cleaner, and if you still have problems, install a gutter guard (which prevents debris from entering your gutter system) and a downspout extension (which helps drain water further away from your foundation, so it doesn't pool near your house). Follow these tips to keep your gutter downspouts clean.

Yes, frozen pipes can prevent a toilet from working correctly. If the pipes are frozen, water cannot flow, which means your toilet tank won't be able to refill after a flush. This will prevent the toilet from flushing again. Depending on which lines are frozen, the ice can also block the drain pipe, preventing water from flushing away.

As a temporary workaround, you can manually add water to the tank for each flush. To clear a frozen drain pipe, you can try filling the toilet bowl or tank with warm water and flushing to help thaw the ice. However, the best long-term solution is to unfreeze the pipes to get your toilet back in working order.
