I've used them before for a couple of things and they are definitely an A. Plumbers are plumbers. Well they have also installed a water heater. They've done things for our condo down there. I would say the quality of work was excellent. They give personal care and they go over and above. Their service is over and above.

The plumber was on time, and I was happy with the job. The plumber was very personable and competent.

The work was done with quality and integrity and cost was reasonable. Very reasonable since i didn't have to have someone come in behind him and redo it.

I could not ask for better service. Jerry Nolan has been our go-to plumber ever since we moved in here. When the hot water heater stopped making hot water, Jerry arrived roughly one hour later and effected the needed, although minor, repairs.

He did a great job. He analyzed the job. He told me how long it was going to take. He had to order the parts. He set me up with a temporary solution in the interim. He made sure I could take care of basic needs while they were getting the parts. The parts came in and he did the work when he said he was going to do it. He gave me a quote. My neighbor happens to come over while it was going on and I did not have a point of reference for the price. My neighbor said it was a fantastic price and that I had to take it. My neighbor had researched and we live in an old neighborhood. He would have to do it at his house and he said I got half what he was quoted. In fact the day they were doing work, it started raining, but they kept working to finish it for me. They actually ended up dealing with more work because when they dug down to lay the pipe, they hit a foundation piece we did not know that was there. They had to divert so it took more work, but they did it anyway. They cleaned up things and they were very tidy the way they did it. They put all the landscape back that you hardly know that work had been done. I would highly recommend him for honesty. When I first called, it was like a day that I thought I would have to wait a whole weekend. He said that he do not like people to wait. He came out, evaluated, and got me to a temporary solution because he could not give us the weekend. He told me that it would take him until Thursday and he was back on Thursday. Everything is done. He kept me informed and did all the permits. I would highly recommend him.

1st call to Jerry he was extremely responsive. I told him that we had a busted copper pipe in our bathroom wall and we were thinking of just adding a water softener and fixing the pipe with cpvc.
He was able to come out within the next day or two and recommended that I re-pipe the house since I had the bathroom wall open from general construction. He showed me where the pipes were deteriorating and let me know that they would eventually break. He wasn't rude or pushy, he left the choice up to me.
I asked for a quote and he was able to get me the number immediately. We scheduled for the work to be done the following week, but since he was going on vacation, he made sure to bring his manager out for a walk through of what we discussed.
The crew showed up Monday morning and were able to get the everything completed except for the kitchen area. I was told of this ahead of time, so I knew it would take 2 days. The manager of the crew was also very nice and answered all of my questions. They had to install a new shut off valve that was much easier to get to than the old one. All work looks very nice considering some of the pipes are showing on the wall, like the one for the water heater in the garage.

Came out for an estimate on installing a tankless water heater. Though they were willing to do the work, advised of their personal experience with tankless and recommended against it. Quoted a competitive price on getting a new 50gal water heater instead and relocating to garage as our ultimate challenge was laundry room space. Came out the very next day to install on short notice. Will be using again and recommending to others.

I had a major issue with a leaking pipe in my bathroom. I called my home warranty company and they sent out Jerry Nolan Plumbing. the guys fixed my major leak and repiped eveything in just a day and a half. They 2 guys that came out were just great and they went wel lbeyound their job duty to help me out.

they inspected area of leak and then diagnosed problem - tub faucet and fittings. quick and efficient repair.

they were thorough in checking the repair and making certain the problem was solved.

Jerry Nolan Plumbing is very honest and reasonable. There was a problem with the toilet, I called him that night and he came back the next day and it was repaired. Everything is beautiful. I have no complaints about him at all. He's very determined to make me happy. I gathered 3 quotes and they were all in the same range but he was able to start quicker and get it finished. The quote probably would have been an average quote. I know the toilet specifically had been quoted to me a while back for $900 and he did it for $425 so that was excellent but I don't know whether that is because of having the shower as well. I saved a lot of money on the toilet compared to a different quote. I chose him because the people who did my electric recommended him and e came out and my impression of him was very, very favorable. As it turns out, I have no real complaints at all. I will definitely use him again.

Jerry Nolan responded quickly to my request for service, called me personally to schedule the service time and called again to tell me that his men were on there way. The two men who came to perform the service (replace faulty exterior water valve shut off) were very skilled, quickly assessed the situation, and came up with a solution to fix it. They relocated the water valve shut off to just inside my garage. They did a terrific job and gave me additional advice about to deal with possible water freezing of exterior water fawcetts.

Came within a day of my call, which was great as there was no big rush on my end. Arrived promptly, got right to the problem, diagnosed it to one of two issues, then determined it was likely the easier fix, so he addressed that first and fixed it right up. It was simply a clogged drain that was causing my washing machine to spill water into the overflow area. The other fix would have required getting up on the roof and additional work, but blowing out the clogged drain fixed the problem. The plumber was out of here in short order, and charged me a very attractive price. I am pleased, and will definitely call these guys when I need a plumber again.

They have good service. I used them in the past and they always had good service and we have been happy when we saw.

So far so good. He did a good job here.
