Mr. Smith called me the next day to schedule a 4 point inspection for my house and he was on time and very professional. Kevin provided great service; called ahead to let me know of his estimated arrival, clearly communicated what he would be doing and what is not included in plain language. Very down to earth, and professional. Due to his due-diligence in service, after the inspection, I received a savings of over $1400 on my homeowners insurance. Kudos to KS Inspections!!

This is my second review. Somehow Angies List lost the first. Kevin is an amazing person. He was there early, ready to inspect and his report of the findings were phenomenal. He is very detailed oriented, and I am thankful for his work and service. There may be others here in Jacksonville that does what he does, but I think he is the best. He is very, very professional, organized and delivered an amazing report for me with high detail. I will use his services again for more work in the near future and tell others about his services. You will not go wrong with choosing this company!
