I call Florida home ac to check out my central AC unit because it wasn?t turning on from the thermostat. When the tech showed up I told him that my ac wasn?t turning on and within a few minutes he pointed out what the problem was. He said that the drain pipes was clogge I guess because of the condensation. then as he was showing me he then tried to turn one of the pipes that was clogged it broken and he turned towards me and said you have to fix this I asked how much it will cost $150 he said, then as he was fixing the broken pipe that he broke he didn?t route the pipe in the original position, he then realized by not doing so he had to cut the wires and extend the thing that turn off the ac whenever water gets into the pipe he broke Instead, why the technician went through all that when he could have just simply unclog . I will never hire Florida Home AC again. Very Unprofessional I this gets out to his boss. Now my AC is blowing hot air

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the air conditioning unit installed at my property. Since day one, the system has been riddled with issues, and despite over 10 technician visits, the unit continues to malfunction. This situation has caused immense frustration, and the customer service I?ve received has been utterly inadequate.
I was promised by Robert that the unit would be removed immediately, yet despite repeated assurances, no action has been taken. I also spoke with Mark, who assured me that he would follow up, but I have yet to hear from him. To make matters worse, the system still does not work, even after paying $11,000 for it. At this point, we have completely lost confidence in both the system and your company.
This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. We are now seeking legal advice and pursuing compensation for the inconvenience, mental anguish, and legal fees incurred..

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Equipment is OK. Customer service is a complete failure. Sales team is 'misleading' to the customer, promising services that are not honored, honesty is not their way. Was told a service period was included in the sale and installation of a $11,000 dollar unit. Installation was in August; we had freezing temps, and we called for an inspection of the new, expensive equipment, as notifications were being sent through our newly installed 'smart thermostat' only to be told the salesman mislead us and there were no services included in the $11,000 price tag. Bait and Switch. They had a technician arrive to do the inspection a check to make sure winter icing had not done and damage to the new equipment. He introduced himself and proceeded to ask me to sign an invoice and a $ charge to check it all out. Got his supervisor on the phone and she said the salesman wasn't honest and there was no warranty, two-year service plan (the lie told to close the sale) or any

I called Lowe?s home-improvement to get a hot water heater installed. They suggested giving this company a call which I would never do again. They told me they could get the price cheaper and they can install it tomorrow. They installed it tomorrow, but it cost me $500 more than Lowe?s. Did not give me an itemized bill at all. They are a scam and the sales person. Dooley is a joke.

The technician told me my outside unit needed to be replaced. I replaced the inside handler 5 yrs ago. He advised me that my air handler was a 5yr warranty and I had to replace both systems. This company and all companies today will no longer replace the outside unit without replacing the air handler. I found out who installed my air handler and Scotts air advised me that that tech was incorrect. I have a 10yr registered warranty and there was no reason to Pay for a full new system. Scotts Air replace my outside unit next day. This company is scamming homeowners and all other companies who try to force you to replace both systems for their money benefit. I am glad I called around first. Dont use this company. Also all the information the tech told me was incorrect, by 3 other companies verifying what he said. Truly disappointed when I used Fl air in the past.
