On June 11th, I met with John and Lindsay to get a quote on the exterior painting of my house. John explained to me the process that would be involved with the minor repairs to the stucco and how the painting process would go. Everything from the pressure washing to the stucco repair and the painting of my house went very well! I was impressed that the painters had the entire house done in 1 day! The house looks brand new again! I could not have asked for a smoother experience like this project went. I would definitely use this company again and I have already passed their information onto neighbors and some coworkers.

I was very pleased with the work McIntyre did to my house. Dennis was punctual in coming out and giving me the bid. I decided to go with them after getting two bids. Not only were they the most reasonable but they also went into more detail as to what the repair involved and what the cost covered. A three year warranty is included with their work. I also appreciated Dennis working with me to schedule a date when I could be home for the repairs. They did an excellent job repairing the stucco, and they even went around my house and repaired places that needed minor repair too. You cannot even tell where the major repair was made because painted over the area with matching paint. My house looks great! I have recommended them to anyone needing stucco repaired.

My experience started with meeting John McIntyre at the initial consultation. He was professional and notice repairs/issues other company representatives did not notice. I explained I have had challenges with contractors in the past not completing the job, poor workmanship and flat out stealing from me. He was patient with my continuous questions through the process, very quick to reply. The job came out fantastic with a few minor oversights that were immediately addressed the next day. I have a 2 story house and from pressure washing to completion it was 3 days as promised. I have recommended and will continue to recommend John McIntyre's team. The finished product is beautiful. The contractor said he would apply the paint liberally and there is no doubt he did. The crew lead by Roberto was professional, quick, and courteous. No matter what I asked, they responded with a smile and got it done. I realize I paid more than other contractors bid to do this job but I got what I paid for and consider the price I paid to be a fair value for the work performed. I would not hesitate to recommend McIntyre Stucco and Painting to anyone wanting a high quality paint job.

All went well. The team quickly fixed the hole in the side of our house, prepped the house and painted the house, trim, doors, and lanai. They were quick, efficient, ,and did a great job.

Painting was completed quickly. There was a communication issue between the painters and the boss but the painters got it resolved and came right back to finish the job.

Painters did a good job. House looked like new afterward. A few areas of minor overspray, but overall great work.

He the job went very well, we had to dodge rain events to get started, but when they got to work, it went smooth. When the pressure wash group came and left, I said if the next group ( the stucco people), are as professional as the first group, we will be pleased. We were. Then the painters came and did a wonderful job. Now when people pass by and comment on how great the color is on our beach house, I can tell them how great the paint job was by this company.
