"I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much."

Not only that but my master sewer line backed up while he was working and he brought his snake out to try to unclog it which wasn’t included in the original scope of work. "I called Kenny on a Saturday to fix a leak in my roof after the really bad rain we got over the past few days. One of my vents was bringing in water pretty bad. He came the same day, got up on the roof, identified the problem, quoted me a reasonable price ($585) to reseal all my vents, which were apparently not sealed correctly and the water was seeping in. I accepted and he did the work. He also sealed some of the siding for free with the leftover fiberglass sealer. Before leaving he told me to come up on the roof, which I did, and he pointed out a number of areas that needed to be resealed due to normal wear and tear. He quoted me the price ($850), and told me that even though they were not leaking now, they could in the future if left unattended. So I agreed, because I saw the cracks and other gaps. The next day it rained very heavily, and there was no leak, it was fixed. The rest of the work was done as scheduled, completed well, and he even cut off branches and trees that were overhanging the roof. Overall I am very satisfied with the work quality, the punctuality, and the concern for the roof problems. I thought the price was a little high but very reasonable considering what a new roof or other major repairs would cost. I would definitely recommend Kenny and will call him again if I have problems in the future."
