When I spoke to Joe on the phone I could tell he was a fair and honest man. My father had just passed away unexpectedly and I wanted to make sure everything was good with the house for my Mom and before I went back to Orlando. I explained all of that to Joe and he scheduled it within a day and a half so that I would still be here. His employees were very respectful and polite and can dig up your drain line in a FLASH! Ends up we have cast iron pipes and the one coming straight from the bathroom had a very large rusted hole in it. Not only did they replace that section of pipe & the fittings but they installed a clean out to make things so much easier in the future. I would recommend them to everyone in the Jacksonville area. They are good ole boys that take pride in what they do. The prices are very reasonable. I already spoke to him about having more work done. 10 out of 10 for sure!

I like that he comes in and gets the job done. If he tells you it will be one price, he will keep it at that price. He is very honest.

Joe showed up on time and removed my old kitchen sink and faucet and garbage disposal and replaced with new one. I picked up a new sink and faucet and Joe supplied the disposal and plumbing. His work was neat and he cleaned up after he was done. I have no complaints at all. I will certainly use Joe again and have used him once in the past.
