Office personnel helped me get what I needed and the guys who came to our house were friendly and informative. We will use their services again.

They were on time . Very efficient and were able to fix multiple things at a 2 hr period which works with my schedule. Made sure that they fixed everything. The cost of their item is actually cheaper than the store.

I suspected a gasket issue and had difficulty repairing due to rusted bolts and tank location. They sent two people who didn't know how/didn't want to do the work. First employee insisted it was the tank flapper which I'd already changed. I called back 30 minutes after he left to play audio of the toilet refilling. The second guy showed up and said I should just get a new toilet.

Glenn did a great job! He followed up immediately as they said he would and he was fast friendly and efficient. He kept me informed the whole time and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his hard work he made it look so easy. Before and after pics attached

We had a leaking pipe and called several companies for estimates. Eagerton had the best price and was able to do the job the next day. We were very happy with their work and professionalism, and will definitely hire them for any future work.

Wayne Powell and his crew were very professional and courteous throughout the four day job of completely repiping our entire house. They were on time each morning and worked diligently each day. Wayne was very patient with my wife and I answering all of our many questions during the project and explaining the entire process each step of the way. After the repipe was finished, Joseph Kibler made all of the drywall patch and ceiling repairs. My wife and I both were impressed with Joseph’s excellent work. Overall Eagerton Plumbing did an outstanding job for a complex project.

After obtaining three quotes for a whole house repipe job, we went with Eagerton and could not have been more pleased. Wayne and his crew arrived on time when they said they would, and Wayne took the time to brief us on each step and what we could expect. There were a couple of kinks in the repipe process, due to the kitchen island needing to be repiped, but they took care of business and overall, left way less of a mark on our house than you would expect. They also worked with our electrician to get our electric tankless water heater installed with no problems. The drywall repairman showed up the day after the county completed the plumbing inspection, and was done the following day. I have used Eagerton before for small jobs, but would definitely recommend them for a repipe project.

I received same day service. My plumbers name was Kyle. He arrived on time, was pleasant to talk to and sent right to work. I had purchased a new faucet and just needed help with the installation. He did an excellent job, cleaned up afterward and took the old parts with him. I will definitely use Eagerton Plumbing in the future.

There was some annoyance during the day of the appointment where, because I wasn't able to answer my phone, they skipped me and went to their next customer. I was actually busy trying to install a ceiling fan. After a couple of instances of this phone tag I contacted them and asked them to please stop calling me and just send someone over. As for the job itself, once the guy arrived he did a great job in a timely manner. After the water heater was installed the serviceman even explained to me how it worked and what I would need to do to make sure it lasts a long time. Despite my initial annoyance the job was done professionally and the price was reasonable. I would use them again.

The flange was replaced and the toilet was installed or reinstalled and everything worked fine. I The service technician was professional and timely and got the work done in about an hour. Very happy with the work.
