He then assessed multiple other problems throughout the system, and fixed those. I am very pleased with his quality of work and work ethic. "Dale Avant, Devin Kestner, and Josh Yancey did our crawlspace encapsulation for Alpha. They arrived on time, were very professional, and exceeded our expectations when they notified us that 2 waste pipes were leaking. We got a plumber out the next day and the alpha team worked around the plumbers, who set them back 2 hrs, and still completed the job on time. Also notified us of an insufficient cross beam under our house that we couldn't afford but if we get it done in the future we will be using Dale from Alpha. Would definitely recommend them."

"We had water entering our home in our main bedroom and closet when it rained. Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job."

"Jeff explained to me it was an irrigation pipe that was leaking, he did the necessary repairs as well taped another pipe to protect it from when we have freezes. I do appreciate his explaining and the work he did."

"I supplied the new shower faucet, handle and shower head. The bathroom was upstairs and had copper lines going to the old faucet. I wanted a transition from copper to the pvc and install new parts. The guy cut out about three feet of copper line and replaced it with pvc instead of just putting a small transition piece from the copper to the new pvc. There is a gap in between the handle and the piece that sits on the wall where the water is turned on. I had another plumber tell me that this will leak in a year or two and that they do that to assure a future job. He took the copper with him which sells for a big price. He did a good job on the toilet parts install. Then after all of that, he charged me almost $600.00. When I said something he said well, you know there is almost $300.00 in parts?????? The only parts they supplied was pvc, 8 connections and toilet parts. RIP OFF on the parts. I have used them in the past and they did great work and for a reasonable price but I will never use them again."

"I phoned Professional Plumb and Ernie (owner) answered. I described the situation and he said he could replace it same day. This was about 2:30 in the afternoon.  He came over within the hour with a new water heater and had it replaced in a matter of an hour and a half.  The water heater was in a tight spot between the air handler and a work bench. He did have to cut out the condensate drain piping on the air handler to remove and replace the water heater.  But he replaced/re-plumbed the condensate drain line at no charge. Excellent service and we thank Ernie very much."
