Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job."

They were responsive, honest, up front with their pricing and when it came time to do the job, they showed up as promised and on time! They were so careful not to destroy our front lawn, they had to dig for the pipe and replace it from our house out to the street and install 2 clean outs. I love their purple trucks and their technician was very professionial, clean, and knowledgable. As it turned out we needed a house re-pipe due to a leak in our old pipes. They told us up front how much the job was going to cost before they began any work. The price was fair so we scheduled the job and once it began, they worked not stop to ensure that we were'nt without water for long.
