I reserve the F grade for the category of 'professionals' who I have strong reason to believe, are fake, with fake credentials, fake profiles, fake websites and are here on Angie's list for some mysterious purpose other than finding work. Coming to dependable plumber, in short - ANYTHING BUT DEPENDABLE!!! Here's the sequence of drama that went on: We fix an appointment time with him, me and my wife take time off work to accommodate the 2 hour appointment window plus couple of hours needed for the job. The guy calls saying he is on his way and will reach our place in 30 minutes. And then he disappears. Hours pass by before we realize that it was a NO SHOW. No phone calls and messages returned. A totally mysteriously unprofessional behavior, complete disregard of other people's time. Called him again at week's end to put my perplexed brain to rest and he said he doesn't remember what happened!!! and has no clue why he did the disappearing act !!! and tried to feign ignorance. This business looks like a scam and would be best to avoid. I seriously doubt the authenticity of this business and all the A grades that are showing up here.

"It Says Work Completed date 9-23-2017. I never worked for this customer. Wait a minute YOU AND your wife took off of work to have a faucet installed sounds a little fishy. Why would you both need to take off of work to have a kitchen faucet installed? You have me confused with another company. It is also very odd that I can have 54 all A customer reviews and one person that I never did work for can put a review that shows up right on the top and make it look like we are a lousy company. So if you are reading this Angie's List you will not be receiving any more money from me for advertising after the contract runs out in February. Brandon Pelky. Business owner"

He was punctual. He came right in when I called him the first time. We made an appointment and he showed up on time. He cleaned up real good, the price was good. I would use him again. He was very responsive, he gave me the price. When the job was finished, the price was what he told me. Everything worked fine.

This was a good experience. The provider called me the Monday after I purchased the deal and made an appointment for the following Wednesday Morning. He showed up on time, installed the garbage disposal and everything was complete within an hour.

The representative "Allen" was scheduled to arrive between 12:00 pm- 3:00 pm but due to a cancellation called to ask he can come early. Allen arrived and went straight to work. He was very professional and shared his knowledge with me as he was doing the work. He fixed the problem in a timely manner and now the drain works perfectly. Great job, great guy!

"Hello, I am surprised to receive my first B review from the work we did all the way back in 2014 (says 2015). The Job cost was actually only $39 for [Member Name Removed] Bathtub drain stoppage. I showed up on time, cleared the drain and cleaned up after myself. This was an Angie's List Big Deal For Only $39 and you gave us [Member Name Removed] B for Price... Maybe you did not remember or have us confused with another plumbing company. Thank You, Brandon Pelky Owner and License Holder."

Called Dependable Plumbing and he was here in less than an hour. The water heater was installed with a better unit that had brass fittings instead of plastic and had more insulation to conserve electricity. He did a great job and was very professional. He even put a protector pipe over the main water house feed to protect it from the weed eater.

Brandon called early before the job was to be done and verified we were still a go. He was able to start earlier than scheduled which was great. Very professional and very knowledgable. He is a good size guy (much bigger than myself) but I think he must be part contortionist. The job would have taken me 2 days with a lot of pain and blood not to mention 10 trips to the store and having to drop the disposal for me to fit under the sink. Brandon did none of those things. Under 1.5 hours he was done! No cursing (even whistlers a bit while he worked. Awesome is not enough to describe how great it went!
