I had reservations about someone else performing the overhaul, as I called it. I had a couple contacts at C&L Landscaping, and gave them a call. The task was to replace the pump, check valve, all solenoid valves, pump relay and system Timer and even some of the older sprinkler heads. The technicians came out and started right away, they were interested in what I wanted, and went about making all the required changes. This work took about 3.5 days including so rain delays. Lux came in and had to dig another French drain and seal the outside of our home and create another place for the water to drain away from our home. They did a great job, but our situation was so bad, they had to come back out and add more to seal the home and also removed dirt and replaced it with sand to help drain the water from around the home. All the work they did when they came back was included in the warranty they gave us with the original quote. They also came back quickly after our call and have done an excellent job."
