Great! Roz answered the phone when I called in and immediately she worked with my tight schedule and she as able to get me in the very next day. Scott came out on time and Scott had my Lawn Irrigation back up and running very quickly. Plus, he explained everything after he was finished. Would definitely use them again.

Technician was able to come out the day I called. Repair completed quickly and efficiently. Very professional company. Good value for service, highly recommend.

They did an outstanding job. From the day I got the quote to the day they got the job finished, it was only two weeks. The lady in the office communicated with me every two days as to what was going on. They were prompt, they cleaned up, and even planted grass seed when they were done. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Roz in the office was great and sent a technician that day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He explained what he was doing and I appreciated that.

Great! Fast and extremely competant workmen in all phases. I would not hesitate to re-hire for any future plumbing needs. All of the men who came were very respectful of our presence and took pains to assure the fastest finish of the entire job with the best materials at an excellent price. It was apparent these workmen took great pride in their work and provided above and beyond our requisite needs.

Nolan Plumbing came out and inspected and later replaced our drain field. We had been having issues for a couple of years. Had several companies submit proposals to replace it. The dollars were all pretty similar. But the big difference was that Nolan was willing to work with us on our property issues. He was willing to use smaller equipment to navigate the difficult to get to back yard. The others wanted us to remove fences and trees so they could use their bigger equipment. Was amazed to watch them dig an enormous hole in the back yard. The new drain field was state of the art. Watched a neighbors being replaced a couple months later with a system that was dated. So glad we went with who we did. Once they were finished, everything was back to the way it was when they arrived. Could not have been happier.

Good, on time and budget

The work was fast and price was fair, I never felt they were dragging it out to get more money. My yard wasn’t torn up and work was done expeditiously. Roz I. The office is excellent at communicating and getting back to you. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Now my grass is getting water instead of the bushes.

Glen, the gentleman who replaced the unit was outstanding. He was punctual, had a very humble demeanor and you could tell he takes great pride in his work. He was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. He explained how the unit works, made sure all connecting valves and joints were tight and working properly, showed me how to use the timer and to listen for the little hum that the unit was working properly. He also did a great job cleaning up the dirty wet floor where the unit was sitting. He was a pleasure to chat with and I truly believe he desires that his clients are satisfied with his work and the company he represents. Highly recommend...strong work!

Overall I gave Nolan Plumbing a B rating. The only ‘negative’ was for the pricing as it appeared to me that the service tech pulled the cost for replacement from out of the air. There was no cost sheet and the receipt I got was generic with no cost/labor breakdown. Other than the above everything was great.

I had a leak in my sprinkler system. I had another company come out - three times - and they still hadn't fixed the leak and had $150 of my money. Plus I had to chase them down each time to get them to come at all. The last time they told me it would be $375 and they had to replace two of the five valves. Since in the interim I'd had a plumbing leak and had a favorable experience with Nolan Plumbing and Irrigation, I called them. They were able to come the next day. The receptionist/customer service agent/scheduler, Roz, was really nice and professional. The worker, Scott, came on time and was able to determine the problem. He fixed the leak and was gone in an hour. I only wish I'd called them first. I would have saved money and the problem would have been fixed the first time for less money than I had paid to the other company.

We couldn’t find anyone to come out on short notice, especially this close to Christmas, until we called Nolan’s. The person on the phone (Roz) was incredibly polite, nice and helpful and scheduled someone to come out and help us the same day. The guy who came out was prompt and efficient. He took time to cut out a perfect square in our drywall and was professional and quick. They were a little high in cost but in all other respects we couldn’t be more pleased.

Did a great job even had to find all the irrigation zone controls.

Perfect. It took 15 minutes to do, too bad I had no other issues as they change by the hour.

It was great! I have not had a problem since he had installed the new plumbing. I was very pleased with is service!

This is my first time using Nolan Irrigation. The Office Receptionist Roz was easy to reach, friendly & accommodating when setting the appointment. The Technician, Scott, worked very hard and didn't waste any time. He was very professional, answered all of my many questions and overall did a great job.

The actually work time was about two weeks which is super for Wayne and his workers were professional and worked until the job was performed.  They kept us fully informed on each step and when we could expect certain work to be finished (surprise!! they actually kept their word)  We were very very impressed with not only the finished product but their work and pleasant, friendly and efficient work ethic.  They even ran into an additional problem with bad flooring due to a leak and they added new floors for us in both bathrooms. We highly recommend this company and can not praised them enough and would use them again.

Wayne came out to the house the same day i called. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options.  He had our septic tank pumped out then inspected it.  Wayne found the septic tank was in good shape and did not need replacing but the 50 year old drain-field was needing to be replaced. Wayne got the permit and his employees were fast and efficient and cleaned up when the job was complete.  Repairs were completed on schedule and at the quoted cost.

They worked quick to repair all the damage.  They were very helpful and professional.  I had questions later in the day, and had to leave a message.  My called was returned within 30 minutes and he answered all of my questions.  Nolan plumbing and irrigation has great customer service and great prices!
