"The technician called and explained that he was running a bit ahead of schedule, and inquired if he could come a 1/2 hour earlier than the scheduled appointment, which was fine with us. The 2 technicians arrived a half hour later, both soaking wet as it had been raining most of the day. My husband knew where the entry to our septic system was located, so he technicians did not have to spend a lot of time poking around/digging up our lawn to find it. Despite the rain, they went about their work, and finished in less than a half hour. The technician detected the beginnings of a clog, which he was able to resolve, noting that it was fortunate that we had called and scheduled the "pump out" when we did, for if the clog had become more significant it probably within a month or so our septic system might have started backing up. He inspected the septic system and found everything to be in order (not suggesting unnecessary expensive repairs that friends have experienced with other septic companies), and offered some helpful advice to add liquid RidX (via the toilets) within the next few days, and then again every couple of months, to help insure the continued sustainability of our septic system. After completing the "pump out", the two technicians put back the portion of our lawn that they had had to cut back in order to access the entry to our septic system. We were very happy with the service provided and would definitely utilize the services of this company again (especially since they are competitive with, or less expensive than some of the other septic servicing companies), and recommend them to others."
