A Little Finesse

From my first communication with Joab of A Little Finesse, to completion of 200' of a French drain being installed was 5 days! Personable and professional is all I can share. I am so impressed that I have shared their information with all my neighbors and friends! As Joab told me, they can do anything for the outside of your house. Joab Allen was great. Showed up when he said he would and stayed on project until work was completed, he even did additional work at no additional cost. Several of our neighbors have already hired him to do landscaping for them. Our front landscaping looks great it is everything and more than we were envisioning.

Joab is a liar and a crook . H lied about having equipment to level yard. Two day workers with shovels show up. They dirtied my new screen enclosure with the dirt flying around in the wind. Joab promised it would be done in two weeks. He took my $5000.00 and never showed up and blocked me. I left messages with no avail. People suggest legal help. What kind of company would do this to a senior.

Dismiss robbed me, took $14000. And never did it thing, don't hire this guy. He's a liar and a thief. I would not recommend his guy to do anything for anyone.

Joe from A Little Finesse Landscaping gave May 8 as a start date, saying it would take 1 1/2 weeks to install a 4-5 zone, 11-14 head sprinkler system at my home for $4500. They overcharged my credit card for the 50 % deposit ($3,071.36!) Their response to my dispute to Citibank was that they **completed 95% of the job !!! After days and days of unanswered calls and texts ,on May 20, they finally dropped off their crew, 1 worker, (who is the Only good thing about their company- a hard worker) who dug *trenches and laid pvc pipe in them, nothing else was done, no sprinkler heads, solenoids, pressure gauge, etc.,**the job nowhere near completion. The entire yard a safety hazard for weeks, I couldnâ t go out to weed or harvest from my garden areas for fear of falling. Dave said the entire lawn would be watered at one time, I told him that was Not at all possible, he said to do it with zones running separately it would cost $7,000. - Bait and Switch, they took advantage of an 81 year old widow living on Social Security. Finally after 6 weeks of excuses and more unanswered calls, we hired a reputable company who had to *reconfigure the trenches and replace the 1 1/2 inch pipe with 1 inch pipe, and install sprinkler heads and solenoids, pressure gauge, etc. for 6 zones that would each run separately, They completed the job in 2 days for $3,600. This debaucle has been an extremely frustrating and expensive experience and I post this so no one else will fall prey to their unethical work practices.

Little one man show. Quick to take your money, very fast check cashing. Does not do what he says he will do. Full of excuses. Has no tools. Left my house a mess. Will not return calls or texts at all! Beware beware?. Fast talker very little results. Angie you should be ashamed

Hard working and dedicated

I was very happy with the services from â A Little Finesseâ . Joab came out,listened to what I wanted, understood my ideas, and came up with a price in my budget. His crew did a great job. They were polite, professional ,and worked so hard to get my projects done. They trimmed back over 20 years of Travelers Palms unrelenting growth, cleared out a nice new bed across the front, and trimmed and cut trees. What a wonderful difference from the way it looked. My neighbors have been very complimentary on the fresh new look. I would certainly recommend â A Little Finesse â for landscape projects.

They were very accommodating to our needs, they got the work done when they said they would, they did a great job-and they were friendly.

Wonderful professional experience with Joab and his crew. Marvin was the landscaper that completed the job beautifully and I would highly recommend them. Fast turnaround time from hire to finish, with a good price also. Very happy customer!

Nice people,nice work!

Job and his crew worked steadily to provide quality work. I had my pond reconstructed as well as pavers to replace rocks along with replacing sod and adding mulch. Lots of work from a hard working crew who worked with me to replenish my existing landscaping.
