"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! The previous tub was a 70” low access alcove tub which is not currently available. Owner, Jesus Grafina suggested a 60” alcove tub and built in a tiled bench/shelf, which was the perfect solution. Jesus gave us a prompt, complete and accurate estimate and started work quickly. This job was completed by three amazing workers, doing high quality work ahead of schedule. We appreciated the care they took to protect our floors, and they swept and cleaned up at the end of each working day.
