You cannot find a better, more honest, professional -EXCELLENT- flooring expert than in Luiz and his crew! Luiz went way above and beyond to make sure our horribly dog-damaged floors turned out to be perfect! He miraculously repaired damages that we thought could never be fixed! He carefully explained and offered brilliant suggests and solutions all along the way - took so much pressure off of us! Words simply cannot do justice to the most excellent work provided by Luiz! The icing on the cake is Paradise Luxury Flooring charged a FRACTION of the cost quoted by every other flooring company- for the best work imaginable!! We look forward to having him restore our upstairs floors and add wainscotting to our entrance. We need more honest, super hard-working people like Luiz and his crew in this world! Wow!! We went so surprised to have been treated with so much consideration for what we wanted in our new look of our new flooring. The owner listened to what we wanted, then showed us samples of the flooring that matched what we wanted. We found the perfect flooring!! The owner listened to the colors and style we wanted. He certainly worked his magic! The staff was very respectful, and pros in putting down our flooring. After they finished, they put our furniture back in the same place where it was. They cleaned up everything when they left. The price was great, the flooring was better grade than what we had, and the beauty of our new flooring is absolutely wonderful. I will refer Paradise Premeire Flooring to our friends, and anyone who wants beautiful, cost effective flooring!!

This company has excellent service. Luiz came out to give us an estimate that was more than fair. I would give him and his team a 10 star if I could. We had our 20 year old hardwood floors redone. They look brand new !!! He used a dustless sander and it was truly dustless in our home. Great job guys thank you so !!!

The guys were great and I'm really happy with the outcome! They were able to get me in within a week and we're done in about 3 days. They did a good job with clean up and we're very knowledgeable about the process and courteous with my home and requests.

I was contacted the same day I requested an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable. Luiz worked with my calendar and answered all my questions. The work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. He is a hardworking, honest man. I would definitely recommend Paradise Wood Flooring.

Paradise Wood Flooring did an excellent job removing old carpet from my home. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient, from the first phone call to the end of the project. The cost was very reasonable, and I appreciated that they did not try to sell me services I did not ask for and don't need. They followed up after the work was finished, and I will be calling them again to refinish the floors now that the carpet is gone. I highly recommend their services.

Preparing my mom's house for sale I removed all of the wall to wall carpeting to reveal the wood floor which hadn't seen daylight for 40+ years. I was really looking to spend a little as possible and wanted someone to buff and wax the floor. Luiz would have done exactly that but after considering the cost differential for Luiz to sand it and apply 2 coats of Poly I convinced mom to spend the little more and let him refinish it. They did a great job. Mom and I are both glad that we had it refinished rather than just buffed and waxed. Will certainly be a selling point when we put the house on the market soon. Thank you Luiz!

Although the person knows what they are doing, the communication was not entirely up to par. Our job was not finished to our expectations. I understood that semi-gloss leaves a finish with a gloss that can be noticed. As a company one should be more proactive in that if the customer does not "understand or know," then the company should make the customer more savvy and let one know what they are going to get as a finished product. My problem was that the person who did one of my floors did not know how to stain and left; therefore, I contracted Paradise Wood Flooring to finish the job and then some. PWF did a wonderful job sanding but did not fill in gaps or holes. These are things, as a customer, I did not know it should be done. When contacting PWF, they did come back a second to give the floor a bit of more gloss but the holes and gaps remained. More communication between company and customer to get a more satisfied result is needed.
