"I paid them to remove a front yard full of weeds before laying new turf. Whatever could be removed with a bobcat was removed. The weeds at the edge of sidewalk and driveway were not removed. They put a half pallet of grass ( that I paid for) back on the truck with intent not to install. His response was oh, you want that grass too . Well yes,I paid for you to install it. I made them install the grass on my side and back yard. They broke some sprinklers and said they would return the next day to replace and never returned. They said they would email me some care instructions for my new lawn and never did. My neighbor had sod installed ( by someone else) the very next day and the their new grass looked a lot better than mine. Do not pay final bill until ALL the work is complete."
