"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Once project and price was agreed upon and papers signed, the project moved very quickly. Roof was shingled, and a few plywood replacements were done in two days. In their haste to remove and re-shingle, black spots were left on the sides of the house, but they cleaned that off once the project had been completed. They also readjusted some work on the porch were some installation caused nails to show throw on the siding. Only real issues we had, is that a better sweep for roofing nails could have been done on the ground. I was able to walk my perimeter and find a handful of the nails by eye site and my wife found one in her shoe. The second issue was that a porch light cover was snapped off, wife and I are certain it was done during installation, but we did not take pictures of exterior before work to show and the individual who we talked with never got back with us, as he had indicated he had taken pictures himself and would check."

"We had two sun-tunnels (sky lights) in the ceiling which had been poorly flashed by the roofer we had hired to put on a tin roof in 2008.  We had to caulk them every 1-2 years or they leaked terribly when it rained.   Panda tore off the metal panels, put on the new panels (correctly this time) and also installed higher-quality sky lights.  Very professional work.  It is hard to find high-quality roof repair but Panda is very good at what they do.  They were perhaps a little pricey but I suppose you have to pay for good-quality work, especially with roofs.  My insurance company will be happy too, Panda gave me some paperwork to send to them.   I would strongly recommend them for a roofing job.  I hope to contract with them again on other work.  Happy camper!"

"I am very pleased with the job. It started out with the estimate being given on time as scheduled. After receiving approval from my association I made an appointment for the installation. The day of installation the team arrived as scheduled and went over a few details with me as well as answering my questions. This company uses good quality materials and I was impressed by the way they attach the gutters to the fascia board. They use a bracket/hanger that's screwed in, not nailed in and keeps the gutter straight and prevents it from sagging over time.  The material was selected to match my trim color and it did. My quote was a fraction over two others, but well worth it. They left my property clean causing no damage. Thank you.
