We called Jose and he came and cleaned out the vent in a timely fashion. The drying time improved but there was still a bad smell when we used the dryer. We had the appliance guy come back and he couldn't find anything wrong. We called Jose again and he returned and said there was nothing wrong in the vent. as he looked further into the problem he said that the problem was in the plug and we needed an electrician. He was spot on with his diagnosis. If Jose hadn't discovered the problem we could have had a serious fire. We are impressed with AAA Vent Cleaning and Appliance Repair and recommend them highly"
