The price was right My truck needed at least two tires. My wife decided she could take my truck in after work and get done. The sales people were very friendly, knowledgeable and interested in my old 1994 P.U. They listened to her describe my usage and how I drive. They observed the wear patterns on the old tires and recommended the same type I asked her to buy . The price was right, the service great, the vehicle was clean and they didn't try to up sell her, or sell unneeded add on products or services. 
I'd go back again in a heartbeat, they treated her right an I'd expect them to do the same again. The tires are a house brand, work great, quiet ride, great traction , wet or dry, and look great.

They did a great job and it was very fast. brought the car less than 2 hours before closing and had the car ready in less than one and a half hours!

service was ok alignment was iffy they did not do the tire relearn and said i needed the sensors replaced. They either did not know what they were doing orand gt;and gt;and gt;and gt; the alignment was not correct in torsion height as my tires rubbed after the alighment which they did not do when i carried it in

In this area of Lake City, we always have a good experience with Tire Kingdom. They honor others prices, if anything needs to be taken care of that had been done incorrectly they take care of the problem asap with no problem which I really liked, and I just feel they look to take care of our family's vehicle which equals our safety. It is also good that we don't feel that we get someone trying to push sales on us telling us we need things and up charge, feel that they are fair.

I had been having problems with one of my tires so I took it down to get a new one and have the others checked. They changed the one tire for a new one and rotated the front tires to the back and said everything should be perfect. As I was a lone female having my car checked they were very rude and condescending to me, they expected me to now very little about my car even scathingly asking if I knew how to change a tire, I do. I paid for the service and as I was pilling out my back right tire blew! They said they had checked it and everything was fine but I guess they missed the screw! They then refused to do anything about the tire.

This is not usually where we go for brakes, however an unexpected out-of-town trip came up and it was necessary to have it done quickly and without an appointment. We dropped off our vehicle in the late afternoon and it was ready as promised by the time they closed that evening.
The work was done as requested. My only disappointment was that the brakes that they used were the cheaper quality brakes that leave dust everywhere. The price wasn't great- slightly higher than other places in town and much higher than our normal place in Jacksonville that uses premium brake pads.
The staff is very friendly and thorough, but the checkout time is almost miserable- seems like it took over 30 minutes just to pay and get checked out. I would, however, recommend if you need to have standard maintenance-type work done on a walk-in basis.
