Our reputation is based on service, safety and quality, Regardless of how large or small the job. Unfortunately, we do not do warranty work, work on gas appliances or commercial units.

We offer services on all major appliance brands. The appliances we work on are refrigerator, freezer, deep freezer, dish washer, oven, stove, microwave, dryer, washer and garbage disposals. We also perform vent cleans and install water heaters (not serviced).

"Hello! We are sad that you rated us 2 stars. We are a family owned and operated appliance repair business. The service call was that amount because of your 2 discounts that you qualified for ($15 off) which made your service call $84. We came out to your home to diagnose the [Member Information Removed], your [Member Information Removed] needed suspension rods and a main control board. Unfortunately we don’t have control over the cost of parts, there’s only so much we can do. You’re also told over the phone prior to setting up the actual appointment how our business works. It takes a lot to run a business no matter the size and with that being said we have to have a service call just like every other company or any other service in general. The results of your diagnostic should not dictate our service overall. We strive for punctuation, consistency, communication and customer service because without our loyal customers we wouldn’t be in this business. Once again, we are sorry you feel that [Member Information Removed]."

"We are so sorry that your experience with us was not up to par with our standards. We thrive on customer service and are thankful for each and every customer. I did ask JR about this experience and he said that he called your home multiple times, talking prior to myself or JR we always let our customers know we have to get the confirmation that YOU are ready for us. You unfortunately did not answer and JR continued to call, you finally answered, JR went to your home and knocked on your door, continued to call and this was for about 10 mins. Unfortunately this situation was a little misunderstood. Once again we apologize for the attitude that was given. That is not like us."
