I got him from one of my old landlords.  He showed up on time, broke it down, figured out what was the problem. He had the part on hand, repaired it all and was out of there within an hour. I would absolutely recommend them. I would recommend him for the price. He's a little backlogged sometimes so it might take him a few days to get to you sometimes. He does used appliances but he also has used parts so if you are in a bind and you need something for cost he usually had a used part he can put in and he gives you a 30 day guarantee even on the used parts that he puts in. He was always spot on, he was always on time, he showed up on the day. He would call in advance to let you know he was coming to make someone was at the house. He is just good all around. I use him 3 or 4 times on rental appliances at the place. He always called me back the same day as I called him, even if it took an hour or two, he always returned my calls. If he wasn't there on time, or if he was running behind schedule, if he said 10:00 and it was going to be 11:00, he would call and let you know. He was communicative and he let you know exactly what was going on.

A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE FROM SOMEONE WHO IN THE PAST WAS ALWAYS VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL.
