"Contacted Mike at Anthony's as a result of a referral from a friend who had used them and thought highly of them.  Mike came out and inspected the system and agreed that this equipment would most likely not make it through the summer.  He presented us with two options, one for a Rheem heat pump unit, and the other for American Standard Gold Series.  Because of Consumer Reports, we selected the American Standard.
His crew showed up on time and wasted no time in removing the old equipment and installing the new.  They cleaned up after themselves and thoroughly tested the unit.
One glitch was that American Standard had sent the wrong hydronic heat element so they said they would have to come back when they got the correct part (and since this is the middle of the summer we're not missing a heating unit one little bit right now).
Mike followed up on his installers making sure everything was to our satisfaction.  They're coming out to install the heating unit next week.
No one likes to spend money, but I guess if you have to spend money, these are great guys to do business with.  Highly recommend.
