"The installer and his assistant were excellent, repairing a damaged area of hardwood flooring skillfully, efficiently, and neatly. Communication could have been better, as it took two days to nail down an appointment — despite my open schedule — and the installers were significantly late (arriving at 1:40 P.M. for a 10-11 A.M. appointment) without any form of notice. "Florida Best Floors had the best price around town. We priced Home Depot, Capitol Carpet & Tile and Floor & Decor and Florida Best Floors . We are very happy with the services and the professionalism from FBS. They completed the job in 3 days out 5 days that were originally programed . Andres Mendez was excellent communicating the contract details, the product and expectations for the job. Concrete flooring, particularly sealed concrete, is the lowest maintenance flooring available. It is affordable, durable, and can last more than 100 years if you seal it and care for it.
