"I am not one to hurt any business, but I do not want anyone else going through what I did and reading more of their negative reviews on google, I feel the moral conscience to address this: If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Short answer: STAY AWAY & DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE !!!! Here is the full scenario: I had LEO come out and give me an assessment on what can improve the air flow in the home, promising me the world and how everything will be done quick and they only work with top professionals and I will only see AIR PRO trucks outside my house as they do not subcontract to other companies. I paid the deposit and was told I will be called for a start date. This was on a Friday. On Monday morning a crew shows up unannounced, only one truck was from Air Pros, the other two were a subcontracting company JACK RABBIT. The guys came in to rip out my AC unit to start the job, only to leave it DISCONNECTED over night in the heat of summer (JULY). I was specifically told that would never happen. I was also informed BY THE ONSITE contractors that ONE. They are, in fact, a subcontractor hired by AIR PROS. and TWO. That there are issues working with the company, the managers not organized, and that AIR PROS were supposed to send another crew to help them so I would not be left without AC overnight. The next day three contractors came back to reinstall the AC and then had some fight with AIR PROS and they ALL left the site. I was then left with the AC connected back but not working properly and had to call another company (KALOS) to repair the damages (over $600 worth ). The manager, Terrance, took a day to get back to me only to blatantly lie and say that 50% of the job was complete. I had the contact for the contractors who confirmed that nothing was done towards the project other than rip out the AC and put it back (improperly BTW). Terrence then apologized and said they will refund me any amount I paid and will terminate the project. I have now waited nearly two weeks and have filed a claim with VISA to dispute the charges. Even though I will not pay for this financially, they caused a lot of grief and unnecessary stress. They not only screwed up on the project, they wanted to charge me for it still. I am lucky to have found another company whom are great and the difference in professionalism is NIGHT & DAY!!! Goodluck :)"

"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

"We used this company to have a completely new a/c unit and thermostat installed in fall of 2018. They were more than helpful at the time and so we called them for a return visit as our unit had been abruptly shutting off upwards of 30 times per day. They were prompt to send a technician out however that was where the professionalism met. Mike, the tech was at the house for an hour, could not diagnose the problem, and basically told us "that he had been there for an hour and he has other calls to make" he slammed the door in our faces when we questioned his inability to diagnose the problem and what our next steps would be. We ended up calling a different company recommended by the manufacturer of the A/C unit that was installed, that service call was cheaper, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem and A/C has been running with no problems since."
