He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. Had a bad experience with a different HVAC company who was offering a $39.00 tune up as the big deal through Angie's list and ended up having a laundry list of issues that needed attention. Glad I called for a second opinion as Serviceone came out and completely discredited everything that was told to me and actually found the problem that was causing the fan not to spin and the coils to be hot to touch. It was a miracle my house hadn't burned down they were so bad. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who owns a home. Don't neglect the signs your dryer duct is blogged like it takes forever for clothes to dry or the dryer keeps turning off.
