"Daniel and Marcelo were very professional, excellent quality, attention to detail, went above and beyond my expectations for 2nd floor siding replacement and trim repair/replace and paint. They matched the house color perfectly and did a great job on the trim, and even painted more then they said they would! This is August with the heat index of 107 and I don't know how they could do this, and make it look so good. I asked to give them water / ice, they brought their own, they cleaned up after themselves, never bothered me while I had to work from home, they told me what they were doing next when I would go out and ask if they needed anything and how they were doing. They are very organized, and know what they are doing. Their work speaks for itself. My next door neighbor said it looks so good, he asked me what I thought of them and how they were doing. I gave a high recommendation, and now starting tomorrow, they will be working on his house. The quality of material they used was top notch. I highly recommend Landa Exteriors and enjoyed working with Daniel and Marcelo. Also, I reminded Daniel that I needed to pay the balance, it was me who said it not them!"

Our home was built in 1979 and we were constantly replacing the wood panels due to cracking and rotting wood. Brian with Creative Remodeling came to our house and detailed exactly what they would do and answered any questions we had. Don was our installer and he was great, showed up every day and was a true craftsman. When everything was completed the inspector came and signed off with no problems found.
