Since a crew was running behind, he came himself to do the work late in the afternoon knowing that I needed the vent cleaning that day before we moved in. Ken did an amazingly through job of cleaning and disinfecting, and shared his knowledge about HVAC systems and duct routing the whole time. He analyzed our system capacity, checked the duct routing in the attic, and gave us options for improving our HVAC system in future when the existing equipment is ready for replacement. So not just a simple service - an informed future strategy! Can't say enough about how impressed we were with A Breath of Fresh Aire, we will definitely use their services again."

"They were very prompt and most importantly I knew that they knew what they were talking about. Had a bad experience with a different HVAC company who was offering a $39.00 tune up as the big deal through Angie's list and ended up having a laundry list of issues that needed attention. Glad I called for a second opinion as Serviceone came out and completely discredited everything that was told to me and actually found the problem that was causing the fan not to spin and the coils to be hot to touch. If I would have went with the other company I would have sent over triple with deep cleanings and replacing fan motors that did not need to be replaced.
