"When we called for an estimate, Steve came to our house within 24 hrs. and completed the estimate the same day. We set up an installation date for 5/28 @ 9:00AM. The team Mike, Mason and Ryan arrived on time. They worked throughout the day with removing the old system and building a new stand for the air handler (old plywood stand was found to be rotted out). During the day they encountered 3 or 4 unexpected problems, which they addressed without fuss at no additional cost to us. They left at 8:30PM, with our new system running, and told us they needed to return the following day for a few minor finishing touches. The following day, they finished up the job in about 30-45 minutes. My husband and I were completely satisfied by the work done by the team, the way they worked together, and cleaned up after the job.
