"I have the worst experience and biggest nightmare with DKP. Gave Luis Erazo $40,000.00 in September for a roof replacement and other internal repairs. He delayed the project until December 23 with the excuse of not finding materials for my roof in the whole state of Florida. My roof (two sides roof) was done in December but a structural defect on the roof peak was not corrected over my insistence even though I prioritized it when I contracted him. The roof has a highly noticeable sag. On 15 March 24 while I was under severe back pain medication he tricked me into signing the end of the contract and requested $15,000.00 for the roof repair. Work was still remaining that I have to pay from my own pocket to pass the final inspection of my mortgage lender PENNYMAC who had endorsed the $40K I gave DKP for the project. The sad part is I owed $51K on my mortgage and I spent $55K on a bad roof repair. DKP main line of work is in HVAC. As a general contractor as he claimed Luis Erazo failed me big time. I will not recommend this company to my worse enemy ever."

"When spending over $20,000 on AC systems, there is an expectation that things are done right. With our new A/Cs, during the first year we had 5-10 different service calls and ultimately the A/C is STILL not able to keep the house cool during the summer. On every hot day, the temp rises several degrees above the set point. They have not been a help to resolve the underlying issue and I do worry that the system that they installed is not a good match for our home. On top of that, they seem to have chosen to not use a certified electrician to make changes to our main service box, which caused issues down the road. Zero accountability for them to come fix the issue for our A/C that was only installed 10 months ago (they delayed, delayed, argued, argued). Extremely unprofessional. I really wish that I had seen this post prior to spend 20 grand and that I had gone with a better company. I am sure they will argue in a response to this post, it definitely is their style. P.S. Shirley on the phone is incredibly nice and absolutely the shining star within Air Care :)"
