"We are extremely happy with the service we received from this company. Our initial estimates from other companies were prohibitively high and it also seemed that we weren't meeting eye to eye on our expectations. Luke from Matthew Roberts Inc came out to do our estimate and immediately understood what we were trying to accomplish and gave us a fair price. "We got 5 quotes for the same job, and by far, Air 1 was the most competitive in terms of products being offered and price for services. Csaba and Joseph arrived as scheduled and immediately started working to remove the old system and install the new system. They were friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and responsive to my numerous questions and inquiries. "Chris and Tim came out to my residence timely and were professional and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my AC unit and fixed it the same day for a reasonable price.
