"When I first called Service One via a recommendation from a neighbor, they were out within hours to diagnose the problem with my air conditioner. They came back a few hours later to see what happened when they defrosted the ice on it. As expected, I needed a new A/C. My home inspector said that within 1 or 2 years, I would need to make a change so I was not surprised it happened after 8 months. ServiceOne had their Project Manager Otto out an hour or two later and he gave me a bid. I then took a few days to take bids from other companies. One other company was solid but at least $800 more than ServiceOne, another said they could not do my Condo as they were not doing second-floor places due to the crane issue. They still told me what they would have charged but it was slightly more than ServiceOne. Two other companies never got back to me and another couldn't give me an estimate for two days. ServiceOne had the best price and after I accepted their bid, they said they would be out the next day and it only took them 4 hours to install my new AC System. They have a great large team and was told they have round the clock service even at night. I'm definitely going to be in business with this company for a long time and I HIGHLY recommend them."
