I’m going back and forth with this company and American Home Shield Warranty company in regards to getting authorization from Complete Air to replace my AC unit. After the tech went out and stated what needed to be replaced, Julie on the dispatch team called my dad and stated the unit is 27 years old to be exact and should be replaced. I spoke to her also and she mentioned financing a unit and she sent me an invoice for a new unit. Because I’ve has been with AHS for over 20 years you would think they would replace the unit. They said Complete Air needs to send over authorization to replace the entire unit but Complete Air doesn’t want to. Im 82 years old in FL and hasn’t had a full working unit for over a month. I’m extremely frustrated with them."

There were no leaks visible which makes me extremely happy. I was able to renew our home insurance without issue. Josh even helped manage the materials and return unused product to help reduce the overall materials cost estimates. I will definitely be using him for future projects."

"We used this company to have a completely new a/c unit and thermostat installed in fall of 2018. They were more than helpful at the time and so we called them for a return visit as our unit had been abruptly shutting off upwards of 30 times per day. They were prompt to send a technician out however that was where the professionalism met. Mike, the tech was at the house for an hour, could not diagnose the problem, and basically told us "that he had been there for an hour and he has other calls to make" he slammed the door in our faces when we questioned his inability to diagnose the problem and what our next steps would be. We ended up calling a different company recommended by the manufacturer of the A/C unit that was installed, that service call was cheaper, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem and A/C has been running with no problems since."
