"I would have given them five starts if they stuck through with the time frame they gave me. I was booked from 8am - 12pm but was moved twice and tech didn't get to my home till 6pm. The only reason I?m leaving a review is because my tech Samuel was AMAZING !!! He is an asset to your company and if I owned an HVAC company I would hire him and make him something in management. "We needed to have our A/C repaired in order to sell our house. We had called Frank Gay the day before and they wanted to replace the coils and made it seem like there was NO way we could just clean it and fix the problem. They wanted $2800 to fix it. So i called Advanced and they came out and fixed the issue without a super costly replacement. Also when there was another unseen issue that came up after he left, the technician (Ted) came back and fixed it for free. I highly recommend using Advanced Air and especially Ted, he was great to work with and very nice."
