Never received an explanation from manager or owner after requesting an explanation. Salesman told me that the vendor over stacked the pallets and that the sq footage was the same as 7 pallets. Well I wasn?t quoted sq footage. I was quoted 7 pallets. Horrible management and will not use or recommend their services again. Make sure your quotes are spelled out and understood. Garbage front office. Communication is non existent!!!!"
