They were able to come out the same day that the concierge team reached out to them so I was very pleased about that. There were some small sections of the yard with long sections of grass that were missed during the mowing. I felt the price should have been lower since they were only mowing a portion of the lawn and not my entire property.

"Thanks for the feedback. We charged the normal rate for that size lawn since we didn't have a crew in the area on the day that we were contacted and sent the closest crew to complete this rush service. If it appeared that some areas didn't get cut well, it's because the grass was over a 1 ft tall(even though the concierge said it wasn't going to be like that when we inquired about the condition). We still mowed and trimmed the entire property to make it look uniform. Thanks for the work."

It went well. The scheduling process was very easy and they were willing to work with me. They gave me a discount because I am an Angie's List member. However, I felt that once the "boss" left the site, I had to really stay on the other two employees to finish within the alloted time.

We were satisfied with the service that we received. We thought it was a good value. What I like about them is that they came on the day they said they were coming and they took care of it. It was done when I was probably at work or when I wasn't around when it occurred and when I came home it's all taken care of. They did what we wanted them to do. They did a nice job. Their price is very reasonable.

It's been a very good experience working with them. They were professional and affordable. The owner came to my property, looked around and made sure his crew did a good job. The price varies by the number of workers per job. Their price was very competitive and better than most of the other services.

I was very impressed with the service and especially the hard working gentlemen that the company sent out, so I called the manager to ask if he could come out and give me a quote for flower bed edging and mulch. He said that he would be out to give me a quote the following week but I never saw or heard from them again so I contracted another service to provide me with the edging and mulch.

Purchased Angie's List "Big Deal" offer from provider for Fall yard clean-up. Due to bad weather we didn't call to schedule until mid-March. Mike (owner) was polite and scheduled us in asap, the following week.

The guys showed up on time and did the work I wanted. Most of it was covered by the Angie's List Big Deal money. They needed two extra man hours to complete the work, and discounted their hourly rate to do it. I will be having them back throughout the season for mainenance of our beds and lawn.

Mike Chovanec was great to work with and very knowledgeable. He made sure he knew exactly what I wanted and the work done was outstanding. Mike also quoted an ongoing lawn care program that was very reasonable. I will be using Indy Lawn Care to take care of my lawn on an ongoing basis.

Mike does a great job and is very attentive to details. One time I had an issue with something and he waived the fee for that mowing. He is great to work with and very dependable.
