The did a good job. I would recommend them.

I could not be more pleased. We have a sizable yard, and they are on top of it all. When I was not happy with some of the work that was done on my flower beds, they were prompt and fixed it just the way I wanted. Communication is great.

I'm satisfied with them considering the price, which varies depending on the job. They're polite but they don't knock themselves out working. I go out after them to get them to pick up sticks and stuff in the yard, but I had to do a lot of it on my own.

We've used them for a couple of years. I have no complaints about their service.

They are very professional to work with. When I called they came out to estimate the work within 48 hours. I got a written estimate. You do need to call and ask when they are going to fit you into their current schedule. When that happens they come on the same day each time unless it rains and then they will make it up asap. The home office calls every 4 - 6 weeks to make sure the work is still up to the homeowners standards. When I had an issue it was handled immediately. The staff on the phone is k.nowledgeable and professional. The men that come to actually do the work are very polite. They know I have dogs and make sure all gates are closed which I appreciate very much! I am still using them. They handle all of my lawn care including all year long fertilization. My lawn looks great and for the first time in ages the weeds are gone! I would highly reccommend Fetsko.

We won't know until the end of the summer just how effective this will all be, but at this time we are happy with their services. They are doing a professional job, and the lawn looks as good as we would expect at this point.

Unprincipled and dishonest. I employed Fetsko to maintain my lawn during April-December 2009. The work went well until October, when I noticed that the access port to my sewer line had been taped on with duct tape. It was a new cap: I'd had the whole line replaced earlier that year. I reasoned that Fetsko's crew had run it over with their mower and had attempted a clumsy repair. I called to complain and Mr. Fetsko came out to replace the above-ground portion of the pipe and screw-on cap. Then, on Christmas eve, I ran a load of laundry--and sewage backed up into my shower! It didn't occur to me that the problem had anything to do with the lawn service, so I called the same company that had replaced the line last year. It turned out that the clog was caused by the old access-line cap, which had been forced all the way down the access line when Fetsko's crew ran it over and had eventually worked its way to a position that blocked the sewer line. Just having the sewer guy come out (on Christmas eve) entailed a $200 fee, so I had him finish the job for a total of $522. I sent the bill to Fetsko, who refused to pay. He said he thought I owed him a chance to come out and fix it himself--yet he admitted that he wouldn't have done so on Christmas eve. Did I mention that sewage was backing up into my house? Moreover, one has to wonder just how many chances this guy thought he deserved. His crew had broken it in the first place, didn't worry or wonder about the cap, and repaired it so badly that the job had to be redone. Finally, Fetsko agreed to pay half. As it happened, the check I'd sent him for the previous month's work crossed his check in the mail--and he'd deducted that month's fee from it! So instead of $250 (an outrage in the first place), the check was for $175. And that was my compensation for a $500 outlay that wasn't in the least my fault. He never even reimbursed me for the money he'd withheld when the checks crossed in the mail. Needless to say, I don't think anyone should use this company. The work was fine until something went wrong, and then Fetsko's complete lack of business ethics took over.

I found him on Angie's List. I pay $46 each time he does a specific service like fertilizing. I think I paid for something that included fertilization. It was $253 for aeration and fertilization. I was very happy with that price. They did come out and check on the work and do a little reseeding. I think some of it washed away. He was on time for the estimate and very professional. I liked everything about him. I would continue to use him in the future.

First I had them weekly but changed to bi-weekly because during the summer there is not much to do.
They are very courteous and professional.The price is a little high but I like their service
I am not sure if I will use them again for the pinestraw and reseeding.

They gave me a estimate for fixing my paver walkway and mulch, I did not have it done, the estimate seemed very high.

They are on Angie's List. They are getting ready to aerate and reseed the lawn in the later part of October. They are scheduling with me for that. I had a conflict with the first date they gave me; so they have rescheduled. Everything is moving right along. So, I am very pleased with them. I think the price is about $186 for a month and it incorporates the cost of reseeding, aeration of the lawn, the chemicals that they use to treat the lawn and all that. So, it's $186 for lawn maintenance and all the other things that come along with that. My lawn was in a bad shape when they were hired and my lawn looks better now. I didn't expect miracles because I knew they had a hard time dealing with what they had to start with. So, I gave them a lot of flexibility because I knew that they were allowing the lawn to regain wherever it needed to be. So, they had a plan and I slowly watched what they were doing instead of saying anything. My lawn looks better now than it has been in a long time. It also looks a lot better than a lot of the neighbors. I am happy with their service. They are responsive to the issues and they contact me by e-mail if there is an issue. They were clearing a part of the lawn where they felt that there was a honey bee nest and the honey bees are protected. It turned out that it was a nest of a bumble bee. So, they gave me the contact for calling in a honey bee expert. They removed it and relocated to some new areas for preservation. The expert who came out was quite amazed that it was a bumble bee's nest because they usually don't create a nest in the type of location that they did in my yard. At the end of the day and with that level of professionalism, it makes it better than just having somebody come in and cut your lawn once a week. At the end of the day, I don't have time to take care of my yard and $186 is worth it for me. They had a tough job since the yard was in a bad shape with the summer we have had and not enough rain. Moreover, I am not the kind of person who likes to water the lawn. They are going to reseed and so, I will have to have it watered to establish a good foundation for the spring. If I have a problem, I know the guy who runs the company and I have his e-mail address. So, if I have to, I know who to go to. That to me is very important. I can probably get somebody to do it for cheaper. So far, they are doing a good job and getting my lawn back in shape. There is a progressive plan and I can see that it's working. I want the lawn to look good. They are also willing to do the landscaping and talked to me about some ideas that they have for improving the landscaping. So, that's another benefit to have somebody that knows what they are doing. They are very responsive. I got an e-mail about the reseeding date. I had a problem and they got back to me right away. They also sent a confirmation about the date of aerating and reseeding my lawn. So, I am going to contact them again in case I am traveling so that they let me know when the date was that they reseeded. So, I know that I have things in place for watering. I have contacted the company. They are very responsive. There are no problems with their punctuality. I did see progression with them taking care of the lawn and improving it. I am happy with them. I plan on continuing with them for a short term.

I've been using Fetsko Lawn Care for six years. I am very pleased with their work. They do good service at a reasonable price. I've never had a problem with them and my lawn looks nice.

Our lawn has many obstacles such as narrow stretches of turf between trees and driveway, rock edged trees, curvy sidewalks, large tree roots, upturned turf due to mole damage, and is on a downward slope. Very tricky and not a simple back-and-forth with an aerator. Fetsko sent us a reminder in Aug. (we are already a client and use them for fertilization, etc.) to schedule aeration and listed the price. We were tardy in getting back to them so we did not get on the schedule Sept. but they got us in first week of Oct. We received a confirmation letter with instructions on how to prepare. Two workers arrived on the scheduled date and did a wonderful job of aeration and seeding. Fetsko uses a very high quality seed (not full of weed seeds or cheap grass seeds that do not germinate). We also received instructions on how to care for the seed to ensure a high degree of germination. It has been a few weeks now and a great percentage of our grass seed has germinated and we are almost at the point of mowing. The ground was nicely aerated which helps aleviate compaction. The price is dependent upon your particular turf area - I don't know exactly how many sq. ft. of turf I have, but the Fetsko's price was very fair and they use the highest quality seed.

We have been using them for a few years and have been happy with their services.

Neighbor recommended them for chemical treatment of lawn and we found their prices to be fair and service excellent. Lawn is doing great.

They have been prompt in returning all my calls and emails, are reliable in providing their service, and do an excellent job.

Overall, we think Fetsko does a good job in keeping our community looking very nice.

Everything always looks wonderful. I haven't found a company like this. They are always very clean people, they pick up everything after they are done and make your lawn look cleaner than it did when they first came out. My neighbors even ask me about them and their prices are so low you can't complain.

OUR LAWN HAS ALWAYS LOOKED VERY NICE, WITH NO WEED PROBLEMS, BECAUSE OF THE GREAT JOB THAT THEY DO. WE HAVE USED THEM FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND REALLY DO HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN THEIR WORK.
