Cannot say enough good things about Coastal Hydro. Consistent communication, upfront cost estimate, and most importantly the quality of on-site service. The technician Earl was fantastic! He had to first locate the Valve box and then diagnose the problem (bad valve) and replace the broken part. Throughout the process he was happy to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. Five stars and highly recommend.

It went great! They arrived right on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and were gone in 30 mins. Very courteous and pleasant. Very reasonable price. Hopefully I won't have any more sprinkler issues but if I do, I am definitely calling Coastal Hydro!

Earl was great. He came in and gave me a great overview of what needed to be done to get my sprinkler system operating properly, raised some sprinkler heads, relocated 1 that was in a bad spot, reprogrammed my control box for optimal performance and also pointed out a few things (like my broken rain sensor) that I didn't know about. he gave me a fair price and knocked out the work very quickly (like 20 minutes). I would definitely use him again. in fact, I will be doing work back there in the upcoming years and I will use him to redesign my watering zones.
