TruGreen Lawn Care - 5023

Arranged for nutsedge eradication today during regular service. That sprayed for broadleaf weeds which I didn?t need but neglected to spray for nutsedge. I called office but they won?t come back until next regular service in two weeks. I guess it?s too much trouble for them.

I use TruGreen.  I think they were here two weeks ago.  This is the first season that I've had them, so far so good.  I think it's a little over priced, I think I've heard of others in my neighborhood with similar sizes that are cheaper.  The quality was fine.  They don't harass me with follow up phone calls which I appreciate.

I do this 4 times a year. They've been reliable so far. They are easy to work with and they call ahead of time so I think they're good company. I'm the best looking lawn on the block. They're competitive.

They seem fine and they call before coming. The lawn looks good and they are dependable. I really don't have any complaints. They make recommendations such as I should think about getting my lawn thatched, but they don't push me or anything. I am not usually here when they come so I don't have a relationship with them. I don't really talk to these young men.

We are very satisfied with service. We have used their service for about 15 years.

I didn't like them because what they were doing was not working. They would leave a bill and I wasn't even sure what they applied to my yard. They sent me a bill for an application and I wasn't sure whether they had applied anything or not, so I had a dispute with them. I didn't see anything on my yard and they didn't leave anything in my yard saying they had just done an application like they normally do. They left a bill on my door but I don't think that they did anything. They claim they did an application, but I didn't see any evidence of it. So I took it up with the Better Business Bureau and they dropped it from there. I no longer use them. If they were doing applications I didn't see any evidence of it. The grass wasn't growing at all.

I started this service about two years ago and was satisfied with the results for the first year. After the first year weeds began to grow more in my yard and I was no longer pleased with the service. I called the company to stop the service a month ago. When I called they told me my service was cancelled. A montlh later I recieve another bill from them telling me I owe them for a lawn treatment, that I never received. I told Trugreen that I cancelled my service last month, but they said they had no record of it. Trugreen told me they applied a treatment to my lawn, but I have no record of them coming to my house. They didnt leave a bill on my door, or sign in the sign in my yard indicating a treatment had been applied. When they apply a treatment they normally leave a bill on the door knob and sign in the yard, but this time I only received a bill in the mail. I'm not sure what I have to do to get them to stop!!
