"I hired Five Star for a remodel of my master shower. Five Star made it very easy by having their own show room. I have mobility issues and Irving Z. made it so easy to pick out the tile and accessories. The office staff was very friendly and helped make it easy, thanks Kim and Irving. The demo crew came in and prepared my home for the job. They put down heavy paper, tape and plastic. The tile setters are craftsmen and did a beautiful job on the shower. Everyone working for Five Star was polite, friendly and professional, Daye and Ediston thank you for my brand new shower. The plumber was Dillon Orr of Shawn Orr Plumbing was very helpful and always answered all my questions. "There is nothing worse than a clogged main drain and the possibility of having to replace it. However JAX Hydro-Jetters LLC went above and beyond to send out a very professional and efficient plumber, Mr. Lopez who explained the entire process and how everything worked. He was able to bust open the clog in the drain and now we have an open and working drain again! I would highly recommend this company...professional, compassionate and very helpful.
