"From water in my house, due to Hurricane Milton, and the discovery of cracks on the exterior of my concrete block house â ¦ to a week of digging, grinding, cementing, and waterproofing the slab, the interior walls of two rooms, and fixing cracks in the exterior walls of my house, this was quite an experience! As annoying and disruptive as something like this can and will be, all in all it wasnâ t nearly as bad as I anticipated, mainly due to Brian, the lead. He was informative, asked my opinion, explained why things were done as they were, and went over and above to keep me in the loop. Both he and Corey were respectful and pleasant at all times. As you can imagine, as a woman living alone, it is difficult to have male workers in and out of the house. At no time was I concerned. Yes, this experience was a bit disruptive and I knew it would be â ¦ but it was ever so less painful and disruptive than I thought it would be and I thank Brian for that. And, I no longer have to worry about water in my house from hurricanes. May I also say that the response from this company was exceptional. I entered my information into their website the day after the hurricane hit. Within 15 to 20 minutes, I received a phone call from the CEO. We talked a bit and he made an appointment for the next week. He kept me informed by text as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services. Five stars are not enough."

After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it. With much apprehension on our part knowing our home was about to be dissected, Elliot and John arrived to start work. They were prompt, respectful, & empathetic to our dilemna. They were also insistent about putting protective paper down everywhere they worked to protect the flooring. At the end of the day, they swept, vacuumed, and mopped any debris that was remaining. This was the standard throughout the entire engagement. Their workmanship and attention to detail was spot on. All of Joe’s guys were phenomenal. John, Elliot, Matt; I cannot remember all their names, were consummate professionals of the highest degree. I would not hesitate to recommend APEX Plumbing."

"Had issue with septic system, toilet not flushing and water backing up into downstairs shower. Called TPB on Monday they scheduled appointment for the next day. The pleasant technicians, Bill and Leo, called and arrived promptly. Pumped the tank (last clean out was 1.5 years earlier); mostly water. Bill, knowledgable and professional explained that the drain field was probably failing. The handle on the tank lid broke off and there was a chunk of concrete missing on the lip of the tank which allowed for sand/dirt and surface water to enter the tank as well. Bill recommended and installed a riser lid, sealing the broken tank lip and allowing easier access to tank. Very efficient and fair price. New drain field will be needed soon."

"The new water heater had a malfunction and flooded the house. They quickly responded and also had the guys that dry out the house was there shortly after that. Without hesitation they paid for a hotel for me and is paying to redo the floors. Anytime I call the owner, that’s who I’m dealing with, he answers. This company is very honest and professional. "Trevor and the company are nice people,but not all things are not explained up front. Like all the different payment options, and drywall repair and painting. I thought if they cut a hole in the dry wall, that it would be returned like it was. Tony did repair and paint the drywall, but the wrong color. When Shawn asked me about the work Tony did, I told him about the Painting, He said he would call Trevor about it, Trevor called and said that they were not suppose to paint the drywall, but if I picked out the paint, he would send Tony Back, Tony did the repaint. They also wanted to be paid before all the work was done, I never pay in full before the work is done."
